INVENTORIES

1.      Determine el tipo de inventario a implementar en su proyecto de formación.

The type of inventory implemented in the company is:
Inventory of goods in existence
This inventory consist in the necessary elements to realize the installation of service of satellite television or internet of Directv
It is conformed for parts or elements to assemble an antenna of satellite television, decoders with yours respectives cables of audio and video, coaxial cable, routers in the cases of the installations of internet.

2.      Establezca las políticas de inventario(s) para ordenar, organizar, programar y transportar según su proyecto de formación.

Policy of inventory

Ø  To realize orders all Tuesdays.

Ø  Review and count of elements in the unloading.

Ø  To request supply of elements in case of have a minimum required, its means 5 in existence.

Ø  Arranging of stock per model of decoders.

Ø  Rotate elements older.

Ø  Organize defective elements to return.

Ø  The inventory will be systematize to have a digital control in Excel for then to be compare with system of inventory HSP of Directv program.

Ø  Decoders will be serializing by means of bar code reader to agile arranging in stock.


3.      Realice una simulación pronostica de la demanda de los productos o servicios a ejecutar a través de los inventarios.

In short-range the sales are going to decrease in the month of February with relation of January but in March and it going to increase and in April increase a little.
In medium-range the sales are going to decrease some point in May and June but in the next month increase constantly.
In long-range the sales are going to increase after the 8th month keeping increase in the next months
